The first unit we bought failed within a week. I had purchased the additional insurance, so I exchanged it for another one. Read a lot of online reviews and this product didn't fare well. If you bought the insurance, return it.

Please try again later.I had a similar issue after a few weeks of everything working fine, the soundbar would not pass the display from my Roku (or any other HDMI feed) to the TV. *My current workaround: After I power up my devices I press the HDMI input number on the Polk remote control.
