“I have a vizio tv. I have the soundbar plugged in to the arc hdmi but sound won't come through soundbar. CEC enabled will find the soundbar but still sound only comes from the tv. It's on Bitstream cause it needs to be for over 2.0 soundbar is 2.1.”
