“We keep having several issues, alexa keeps freezing the alexa rotating light even freezes, may happen before or after alexa completes her task may take 5 minutes to get the sound back on the tv. Happens almost every time now. Reseting doesn't help.”

Good luck..I tried figuring this out and just gave up. This bar was terrible from day one. Like so.many other companies it's time for polk to go back their programmers and design a whole new app..polk connect is awful..never finds my wifi and when it does it stays connected for about 5mins..I'll be going back to bose..waste of money.
