I tested them with Pirates of the Caribbean At Worlds End, and the rear speaker were barely audible. (2007) I then tested the system with Pirate of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), which has scenes with Dolby Atmos, and the rear speakers sounded great. Haven't had the chance to do other testing to see if its because of Atmos or because of the age of the films. But they are capable of good sound, its just what you are playing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To adjust the surrounds, treble, bass,or Height settings click the corresponding button on the remote and you will use the volume button to raise or lower the level of them if your surrounds are set to the max level. I would check the sound signal you have coming into the sound bar if you push the info button a couple of times it will tell you. To get get the most out of the system it should be at least Dolby 5.1 in general or 2.0 in movie for the surrounds to be noticeable . I would also try the sound button and try the different sound mods I chose the auto setting because it adjust it self based on the sound signal it’s receiving. In my case I only have my surrounds at 4 when listening to music and about 6 when watching tv or a movie because they would over power the sound bar if I had them any louder than that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our rear speakers sit pretty close to our couch on either side but after adjusting the volume on just those rear ones it seems fine to us. You don’t want the rear to be dominant, just enough to provide a nice surround. Just our opinion but our room isn’t huge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are loud to me you have to go on the remote and turn them all the way up
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn up the rear speakers. It’s simple. My new system is almost too loud. Such sweet sound. So happy.
