“I have had the Polk MagniFi Soundbar for a week and on at least three occasions, it has become unresponsive, not playing sound. The only way to fix it seems to be pulling the power cord and plugging it in again. This is frustrating. What could be cause?”

I have had the same experience. Now the left side is completely dead so have to invest in another soundbar soon. Polk, never again.
