“Does this subwoofer have a power standby feature? I need to leave it switched on but have it power up and down automatically when I turn on my receiver.”

It has a switch to completely power it off or keep it in standby. You can set it and forget it.

It does have an automatic shutoff. Flip the power switch to the middle setting and it will shut off 15 minutes after no signal, and power back on immediately after a signal is received.

Yes it does but if there's anything that takes High current when turning off and on the subwoffer will pick it up and pop only at that time the switch is being turned on or off a fan for example.
