“Hello. My receiver has one rca woofer out put. the polk audio woofer has two left and right rca inputs. Do I use a "y" adapter on the back of the woofer or do I plug the single rca in either the left or right side rca input. Thanks.”

I have the same woofer so Yes, use a "y" adapter. I also have a woofer output on my receiver and use a "y" adapter on mine. I also used the same "y" adapter on my 20yr old woofer this Polk woofer replaced.
