“Our system was working great until the other day when we stopped getting sound from the sound bar. We have checked all the cords, hdmi and did a hard reset and still nothing. Suggestions??”

• Hello, try a power reset. Unplug the soundbar from the TV and the wall outlet. Plug back in after 3 minutes. Power back on the system. Be sure to use the HDMI ARC connection from the TV. If further assistance required, please contact https://support.polkaudio.com/
