“The soundbar worked fine last night through hdmi(arc). Today, after i had my phones bluetooth connected for a while, it no longer works without the optical cable inserted. Which means i can't control volume with tv remote”

Had same issue, now have both arc and optical connected and somehow this works, can use the tv remote again, but somehow need optical connected
