Hello, in the Blu-ray settings, be sure to turn on the HDMI control. After confirming that the TV and all sources have HDMI control activated, check connections. If you have an arc or earc input on you tv I suggest you setup the sound bar to use that input in the tv settings. This will direct all your tv sound to the sound bar.
