Hello, in the Blu-ray settings, be sure to turn on the HDMI control. After confirming that the TV and all sources have HDMI control activated, check connections. Blu-ray to TV HDMI, TV to Sound Bar via HDMI ARC. Finally, you may want to set your Blue-ray audio out setting to PCM. Further assistance required, contact https://support.polkaudio.com/

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have an arc or earc input on you tv I suggest you setup the sound bar to use that input in the tv settings. This will direct all your tv sound to the sound bar.
