“Hi, I purchased Polk Signa S2 Sound bar on 11/16/2019. Everything was working fine, however the subwoofer stopped working last week. The power light in back of the subwoofer does not go on. What is the manufacturer warranty?”

It should be 1 year, check the power cord and make sure its pushed in all the way. If it is disconnect power to sound bar and subwoofer for 30seconds then try it again.
