“I picked up a set of Signature S55. if I get S35 center speaker would that make huge difference with my setup? Also, is there better matching center speaker for my S55s?”

For surround sound and movies it will improve sound because you will have a speaker dedicated for dialogue. That is if you don't currently have a center channel speaker. The S35 is a perfect match, all Signature Series. You could also pair them with the S30 if you have the room and want more bass.
