• I have three pairs of these all mounted with just a single screw in the wall. They have a screw hole slot in the back of them. It was very easy to mount them.

• yes, small key hole cut on the back of both, allow for to be hung.

• No bracket but there is a "keyhole" in the back for hanging. They are light enough that you could hang them on a single screw and stick two of the rubber feet that come with it to cushion the point where it touches the wall.
