I need to power them, what type preamp is best null

If I understand your question, these will run right into your integrated amp or receiver . You should not need a preamp. However if you prefer to use a preamp with an amplifier the hookup should the same as with an integrated amp or receiver. I really can’t comment on different brands.

These should be driven by a quality amplifier or receiver with at least 120 watts Rms rating. Preamplifier not appropriate.

I like an onkyo but brand shouldn’t matter as long as it’s compatible
