• Hi Bloodred, What makes the SR2 speakers wireless is the fact they do not need speaker wire connecting them to anything. They do still require being plugged into a wall outlet to power the built-in amplifier.

• They need to be plugged into an electrical socket. The cord length is about 7 feet long.
