“What is the difference between the 5200 and the 5220? I am really needing a good wireless that doesn't sound muffled and that I can answer from the headset. I am finding that I cannot answer the phone from the headset with the other headsets I've tried.”

Hi! The only difference between the 5200 and the 5220 is that the latter includes a vehicle charger. Both units have the exact same features. As for being able to answer from the headset, this earpiece comes with a call button that allows you to answer/reject incoming calls from your cell phone. I have the app on my phone and am able to answer calls using the headset. Keep in mind if you're using it while wearing a mask you will still sound a little muffled. You can also use a 3rd party app to read SMS messages to you since Plantronics hasn't maintained the Vocalyst app & it's no longer compatible with newer Android versions.
