Yep, I get strong headaches when using the product. When I use a regular set of wired earphones, then there is no headache, even though I am using the wired earphones for a longer time. Just a wild guess, maybe it is the bluetooth signal that is causing strong headaches? The regular sound doesn't seem to cause any issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do! I used TV Ears for several years, no problems but now I get a headache every time I use them. I hate it because I need them to hear but the headaches are intolerable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered exactly the same Bluetooth Headsets (Plantronics VOYAGER 5200 SERIES) a week ago and experiencing a very strong headache while using it. Initially was not sure what caused that headache but after using it for 2-3 days in office hours, I realized the cause of the headache is the headsets. I am writing this review to help others understanding the case/issue I am facing. Take care
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is the only over the ear Bluetooth headset I've ever found to be quite comfortable. I wear it all day for work and I haven't experienced any discomfort or headaches.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but unfortunately one size doesn't fit all. If you experience discomfort while wearing this headset we recommend that you try using the other included ear tip sizes to ensure the fit is not too tight nor too loose/insecure. We also recommend trying to wear the headset on your other ear and see if you notice an improvement, but if you still find it to be too uncomfortable we recommend that you try a headset with a different wearing style (for example our Voyager Edge or Explorer 80). We will forward your feedback to our product managers for consideration when designing future products but please don't hesitate to contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you have require assistance with your product.
