how do i know it has completed a full charge null

Visibly, the small light will blink slowly in blue. I always turn the power button off while charging. You can also press the button on the end of the mic wand, and it will give you a vebal message in your ear, of how much talk time is currently available. The most time I have heard is 6 hours.
