Actually, I had the same problem with mine and I contacted technical service and the answer was the battery is defective! First try to use the battery down to the recharge warning, then recharge it and if it still only charges to 6 hours, request a replacement. I received my replacement yesterday, June 22nd and now this one is charging to 7 hours. We'll see how long it stays that way! BTW, if you look in the knowledge base for this symptom, it says the battery is defective!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It really means 6:59
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've only had it for about a month but I haven't had this experience of it loosing talk time after a full charge. If I does begin to degrade I will keep you posted. Thank you for the information. I will pay close attention after each full charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've noticed that when using the case to charge the headset, the Max charge it will have is roughly 6 hours. However, if I plug the headset in directly I still get the 7 hours of talk time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to let the battery drain all the way down occasionally and not charge it while it's turned off. You are overcharging the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Get the PLT Hub app for your phone. It will display talk time remaining. The headset may say 6 hours but the app will show hours and minutes left. On a full charge for me the headset says 6 hours while the app will show 6 hours and about 53 min. The headset just doesn't give you the minutes in its notification.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is probably based on use-habits of the headset. The battery estimator will likely predict what the exact battery life is based on previous history. If you have it turned up really loud and listen to music often, it will probably not yield the entire 7 hours. You may try turning the volume down just a couple notches. After my ears adjust I typically won't even notice a difference, and it may help you get a little bit of that battery life back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.maybe drain charge completely and recharge to full
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to use it until it totally goes dead and recharge. But, I've purchased 3 of these, and the most that ever get is 6 hours on any of them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What you are describing usually indicates the headset is not accurately reading the battery information. We recommend resetting the battery status by completely draining the headset's battery and fully charging it once more.
