• It will take a few specs of rain but i wouldnt wear it in heavy rain to drown the headset.. but light rain will be fine, Think of it as, how dry you wanna stay in the rain, is how you wanna treat the headset.

• I don't have any problems when wearing this in the rain, or snow, still a seamless connection and noise cancelation
