• I called their customer service to ask the same question. When I heard "no" I told them their pictures are deceiving. They also should have an answer for "What is in the box". FYI for the 203500-01(Standard) the items in the box are: Headset, Get Started Guide, Safety booklet, Warranty insert, Small, medium, and large ear tips, USB to micro USB charge cable

• No! I have the Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset and I had to order the charger/storage case as a separate item.

• You can buy just the headset or the kit that includes the case charger You can also get the full kit that includes a Bluetooth dongle for use with your laptop if it’s needed. Rarely do laptops need this any longer, but it may provide better connectivity than the built in Bluetooth. Bottom line, pick what you need and pay accordingly vs being forced to buy all of it.

• No, that has to be purchased separately. It costs $39.99 and allows you two ways to charge the headset with that case. Does provide a dock to charge the phone when you are unable to plug it in. Give you an extra 14 hours of talk time, but placing it in the charger.
