The Voyager 5220, which is the standard version, is mainly designed for smartphones and tablets. The UC version includes a USB adapter that ensures connectivity and full functionality. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations.
