• Yes it does. It usually will say "Incoming call, answer or ignore" and whatever you say it will act accordingly

• Hello! Not quite exactly. You can tell your phone which of your stored contacts to call, however, in order to activate the voice assistant of your phone (Siri, Google Now, Cortana, etc) you will need to press and hold down for 2 seconds the mute (red) button on your headset.
