Our Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset does not have the capability of automatically answer unless it is left idle and placed on the ear upon receiving a call. We recommend to use our Plantronics Hub mobile app to personalize the settings on the headset. Please feel free to contact our Customer Support if any assistance is required.
