“When charging is there a light that should stay on while charging? I tried charging it but there is a red light flashes two or three times and then stops. I bought the warranty should i take it back and get a new one. Thank you for your response”

The flashing light is normal,it's blinks fast 2 or 3 times then go to sleeping mode WHILE IS charging, a full 6 hours charge is accomplished in 15 -20 minutes. Is the best less expensive. Make sure you buy the 2 or 3 years extended warranty, it's worthy. I have MY FOR 5 years now. Best of luck. Angel santana, from weston florida.

I think the best bet would be just to call them at Preppers Peak and see if they can tell if it is something we are not doing right. After that I would ask for a refund as those things are not cheap. I've had my "3" charging now for about 2 full days. The 3rd blue light blinks on and off but will not stop. Hope a helped a little bit.
