Integrated charge port (no tiny magnetic adapter to keep up with), integration with a phone app that will help you find it if lost in your house and shows you remaining minutes on battery, firmware updates, etc. and it will connect to two devices. (2 Phones and laptop or car etc)

While the latter has triple mic Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Stainless steel windscreens, Acoustic fabric mesh designed to block and cancel noise and wind, the 5200 features four-mic active digital signal processing (DSP), acoustic echo cancellation and six layers of protection against wind noise. Unlike the Legend, the 5200 is a Bluetooth Class 1 device but to get the full benefit of the extended range, your phone needs to also be a Class 1 Bluetooth device. If your phone isn’t a Class 1 Bluetooth device, then your maximum range will be closer to the standard 10m/33ft Bluetooth range.
