The position of mic varies depending on the face structure. You can adjust the headset to keep it a bit away from your face so that it doesn't scratch and make the unwanted noise. Try different eartips with foam covers. I don't think Best Buy sells those accessories, but you can check plantronics website.. They have it there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try changing the earbud sizes, to see if a different bud would alter how the device pokes from your ear. Mine comes close to my cheek.....closer depending on the size of the bud being used.
