• Hello! Yes, if your headset is already set up with Amazon Alexa, you can disable Alexa from the Plantronics Hub app main menu. Amazon Alexa will only work if it's enabled in the Plantronics Hub application settings and if your headset is set up in the Amazon Alexa app. If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 1-888-363-0726.

• I am concerned about privacy also. Do not download Alexa onto the phone. You can also disable your Google when you driving your Auto. There are third-party apps that do announce your incoming text or email that you can use.
