• Not sure, but if you go into your blue tooth settings you can turn off Contacts and Phone log, maybe this will help.

The Voyager 5220 has a feature called "called-id" which provides you the name of your contact whenever you get a call from it, however it will not dictate any numbers when getting calls, instead you will get an "incoming call" message. The caller id feature can be disabled through our Plantronics Hub Software for Desktop https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v.
