Hello! Yes, the Voyager 5200 has Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP). As long as you approve the notification from your phone once the headset is paired, the headset should announce the name of the caller (if saved within your contacts). Yes it does. If the number is programmed in your phone it will even say the name of the caller.
