Can this be used with in the canal hearing aids? null

Probably will work, but understand the hearing aid will block some of the sound. I have in the canal hearing aids and it has worked for me. That being said, my hearing isn’t all the bad to begin with. If you have really bad hearing, I’d error on the side of this not working for you.
