It may pair with a laptop; However, it may not provide the same performance or you may loose some of its features. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles and these are the ones the headset requires from the laptop to at least allow a connection: Bluetooth Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Audio / Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Wideband Hands-free (HFP) Profile 1.6 and Headset (HSP) Profile 1.2. We strongly recommend you to check out our Voyager 5200 UC, as it is designed to ensure PC/Laptop connectivity through its USB BT600 Adapter. If you have any further questions related to our products, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-855-765-7878.
