Hi Ruben! To be able to connect your headset to Siri and make a call with your voice you need to press and hold the red button. You will hear your smart voice engine when it is ready and you should be able to give a command to Siri. The earpiece itself provides you the capacity to access your contact list and make calls by saying "call" and the name of the person you have within your contacts. I had to restart my iphone after installing the app and connecting my device for the first time. Before the restart I would briefly see a siri prompt but it wouldn't stay on / hold long enough for a voice command. After the restart it works fine.

Once your phone is connected and paired with the bluetooth, it will resppond to all voice commands assigned to all apps on the phone including apps of Alexa, Google, Cortana, Etc

Once the headset is paired with your iPhone you simply hold the call button down until you hear the tone and it will activate Siri. I use it all the time when making and answering calls on the road.

This is super easy. Pair the device with your phone. Hit the Voice Control button (red button). You wiill hear an acknowledgement that voice control is activated. Then you can place a call. I recommend you download the applicaton and read the manual — https//www.plantronics.com/ or do a Google search for PLANTRONICS VOYAGER 5220 USER GUIDE. It lays out how to do this step by step.

Turn Siri on in your iPhone settings. The button underneath the mic boom is for saying a command to Siri. Press and hold it for two seconds until Siri asks you what to do. Say, call and whatever name in your contacts or a number. Siri will respond by saying she is doing whatever you asked and the phone will then make the call. You can command a text in the same way. Caution, if you don’t hold the button down long enough, you will have turned the mute on.
