“I'm not sure if I have a defective pair? When connected to the pc using the port, or my phone via bluetooth, it keeps randomly disconnecting from the device. I have to turn the headphones off and on again to reconnect. Why is this happening?”

I have the same problem too sometimes when it is under 70%. There are times it just need an update. But I realize on my Bluetooth connection you have the headphone symbol and then you have the headphone symbol with the mic. Make sure you're using the one for the mic and if it doesn't show then you will have to turn the headset off and on
