QuestionMy Plantronics Legend has difficulty staying connected, I'm having trouble hearing folks, & recently folks have said I sound like I'm fading in & out. This is my 3rd Legend & has been the worst as it was only a year old on 7/21/22. Thoughts/suggestions.

- Answer I tried to get one too, but apparently BestBuy does not offer the plan. Not sure if it's all Plantronics or what, but I'm not happy about it. It's a total gamble w/out the plan, so hopefully the thing lasts
