“I use my headsets in a busy office. How well does this headset block out background noises for clients I'm talking to. Ie does the person I talk too hear a lot of the conversations and background noise going on around me?”

In my experience this headset does a good job of cancelling out other conversations. IF the other conversations are LOUD or CLOSE BY, then it bleeds over.
