“Can the pop section be taken on and off the phone so I can put it in my belt holder?”

It sticks to the phone via adhesive. If you try to put it on and off repeatedly, eventually you will run out of luck.

If you are talking about the PopSockets - PopGrip Stretch, yes, you can remove the Popsocket.

No. It is heavy, metal inside. I would not recommend this for on body use.

The stand itself is all one piece and does not come apart. The existing pop socket that you would have on your phone simply slides into the holder. In regards to a pop socket itself, it has an adhesive backing that sticks to the back of your phone or phone case and is not made to be removed frequently. However, if you purchase a pop socket that is inter-changeable where the base stays adhered to the phone you can twist the portion that pops out off at the base and it might still fit in a belt holder.

Yes, but sometimes you ruin the glue and cannot put it back on to the phone
