• Hello "MommyC", Each Power Acoustik Unit, Model: PHD-101 is a complete "Single" monitor with a built in DVD Player. They do not come with, nor are they mounted inside the headrest of the vehicle, but they attach to the existing posts of the headrests in most vehicles. If you are looking for a complete headrest monitor and DVD unit that is already built into a complete replacement headrest, look at the Unit Model: HDVD-91CC.
