Does this model actually have Apple CarPlay null

No it doesn't even though the website says it does. If you look up the specific model on the Power Acoustik website, you can see that it doesn't. You will have to upgrade if that is a feature you really want.

The unit listed in this add is the PD-623B and does not have the "Apple Car Play" System in it. If you need the Power Acoustuik radio with the Apple Car Play System, you need the radio model CP-650.

No it doesn’t do Apple CarPlay, just Bluetooth audio.
