Can this speaker handle being hooked up 1ohm?? null

Yes, the sub doesn't care about ohms. Also, power rating for the sub will be the same regardless of how many ohms it is wired at. The amp hooked up to it will be the determining factor as to if 1 ohms is safe or not.
