• I am not sure if you ever got a chance to hook your amp to two of these subs. Even though these are a cheaper sup they are a good sub. I say they will handle it. But there are cheap subs out there that clame to be more then they are. One that comes to mind is rockville. I bought 2 2400 watt subs that could not handle one 2500 wat power acoustic amp. Very disappointing. Anyway hope you got the chance to give these subs a try. If you did i know you where not let down.

• Yes the Xplode amp will not do 2500 watts maybe around 6 to 800 watts RMS you'll be ok with that

• Yes, they will work, you may have to rewire it to make the ohm load higher, depended on the model amp's capabilities. Will you be pushing them to the max? No, the opposite actually. Will that damage the sub? Not at all
