• It does come with the harness to the radio but you need to buy the one that adapts to your car

• Hello Grayson, The "Pig Tail" you are referring to is actually called a "Vehicle Specific Radio Wiring Harness Adapter", and if you look just below the image of the radio on this add, you will see that it is an additional part from the radio for $16.99.

• Yes it comes with the harness to the stereo but you will want to buy the adapter harness specific to your car
