Bottom right of the keyboard -- hold the "Fn" key while you type a function key
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Press and hold the "FN" button towards the bottom right hand side of the keyboard then press the desired function key. There is a 3rd party application that makes the top row dedicated back to FN keys instead of the MS shortcut bars should you desire that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the type or touch cover, you can enable the function keys by holding the function key and press caps lock. I would think it would work the same with the power cover, but I am not positive.
