I've brought a power up dock but the special D ring that works with it is not included, its also not included with the megablast speakers, i don't seem to be able to get it anywhere in the uk so the dock is useless it seems! There are some copies on ebay and aliexpress which will take a month to arrive may not work even then.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the dock and bottom of speaker are clean and everything is hooked in properly. Other than that it would probably be faulty craftsmanship so just return it for another one and if that doesn't work trade in the speaker.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, there is no added accessory for the Boom 3 to use the Power Up charger. It will sit on the center of the charging dock. As long as the metal on the bottom of the Boom is touching the metal piece sticking up out of the middle of the dock and the charging dock is plugged in, it should charge. You will need to use the cable and wall brick that came with your Boom 3 to plug in the dock.
