A:Answerit says that your able to have up to 2 riders< age 12 & weighting 130lbs. but, to be honest...at out 4th of july party there were about 4 kids piled in it riding around... they didnt have seatbelts 2 in front 2 in back but they were smashing around having fun! and it was going well too... i am getting this for my son who just turned 8 & his brother is 10 they both can ride in it fine!
A:Answerits suppose to be or an older sibling... the point is for it to be controlled when they are too small for them to control the gas pedal and steering wheel.
