“Is the battery supposed to be hard to insert? I would of thought they would just push down with ease. Once I get the battery in, the controller still won't power own. I tried it with the new robo white controller.”

• No. You don't have to hardly push it. Just slightly. Make sure you line up positive and negative. I have them on new controller . No issue.

• Mine were a little hard to insert but they snapped into place with a little extra effort. Just do as the other person said and double check that you have the terminals aligned.

• You have the battery pack in backwards. Speaking from experience. I installed battery pack backwards and it was hard to go in and would not charge.
