• Yes it is, it has battery doors for both the Xbox One controller and the Xbox Series X/S controller.

• Yes. I have that on my new controller.make sure you use the right backplate.

• This one does NOT work with newer controllers on Xbox. I bought this for my Xbox One and had to return it since it didn't work with my new controllers.
