• Yes. There are two sets of different battery backs to accommodate the older style controllers and the new controllers. Each back is labeled with an "A" or "B" to tell them apart. Backs only come in black

• Yes it does! As you can see in the picture the first controller is the newer Xbox series x/s controller and it is charging.
