- A:Answer No it does not, elite series 2 only works with the charging case/base it comes with. This dock only works with the standard Xbox one/series s/x controllers

- A:Answer Yes. There are two sets of different battery backs to accommodate the older style controllers and the new controllers. Each back is labeled with an "A" or "B" to tell them apart. Backs only come in black

- A:Answer Yes. If you read the fine print on the back of the box (lower left), it says it includes "Two charge-thru battery doors for Xbox One". It also is compatible with Xbox Series X/S -- different battery doors.
