“Does this controller vibrate at all?”

• I can swear now that the first time I brought this controller and I played Mario Kart that this controller was vibrating. I then tried hooking up to my PC but it was not working and made my PC crash. Then tried with the switch again and this time no rumble and did everything but would never rumble again. Honestly baffled
